Hermes courier sacked immediately after being spotted “dumping” parcels in Scots woodland region

Scots mum Amy Taylor captured images of the driver taking away parcels from his auto boot and leaving them in a heap exterior in Carnwath, South Lanarkshire on Tuesday.

The 32-calendar year-outdated statements she requested the driver what he was executing, only to be told that he was “sorting parcels”.

However on her way property Amy discovered the heap of parcels discarded on the floor close by – which includes a Hermes offer that was resolved to herself.

The nurse claims she even been given a notification declaring her product experienced been delivered even though she was out on the very same stroll with her dog.

A spokesman for Hermes these days apologised to consumers who had been influenced by the driver’s actions and verified they had “terminated” his deal.

Amy’s images have been posted on Facebook on Tuesday, captioned: “These are the pictures posted by Amy Taylor right now of the Hermes supply person evidently marking parcels as shipped, then dumping them up at Kiamend.

“He came back and picked them up mainly because Amy spooked him. Has been documented to the law enforcement.”

There looks to be at least two significant cardboard packing containers together with two Asos deals lying atop a huge white parcel.

A next picture exhibits the pile of parcels lying on the ground beside a nearby tree.

Talking right now, Amy explained: “I was out on a stroll with the puppy when I spotted him dumping the parcels.

“He was fairly far into the woods but when I requested him he insisted he was ‘sorting the parcels’.

“I carried on my way supplying him the benefit of the question but I finished up turning and likely back again after contemplating in excess of it, but when I returned he was absent.

“I was expecting a parcel from H&M in any case so decided to have a search.

A spokeswoman for Hermes now claimed: “We can verify that this courier has experienced his deal with us terminated with instant outcome as a result of this incident.

“We are continuing to examine and apologise to any one who has been inconvenienced by his actions.”
