A BRITISH Airways customer has been still left fuming soon after becoming billed a lot more revenue in call prices to complain than the selling price of her cancelled flight.

Lavinia Moore designed two phone phone calls to the airline’s client providers section in September soon after they cancelled her flights for Paris to Luton in January 2022.

The 55-yr-previous was on keep for forty minutes for the duration of one mobile phone contact but was explained to she would acquire a £50 voucher to cover the rate of her cancelled flight.

“It charge me much more in cell phone calls that [sic] I secured for the vouchers refund.

“At no level when you are in the queue does it explain to you that it is a top quality price cell phone contact.

“Shocking. This is immoral.

“Be mindful individuals if you have to connect with them.

“They are plainly attempting to recuperate losses.

“Punishing their shoppers.

“I am far from amazed.”

Dozens of social media customers remaining responses, hitting out at BA.

Cris Stuart reported: “We appear to be to get improved client service from fellow complainers than BA itself. The information keeps coming. I hope BA receives a grip.”

Linda Environmentally friendly wrote: “I’ve just had my mobile phone invoice charge me £13, that’s from landline, I dread to assume of the price from a cell.”

Pleasure McClelland explained: “Unbelievable. I’ve rang over 35 instances and continue to counting. Just to get speaking to anyone.”

Kathyrn Arnold additional: “I’ve just experienced a large bill also. Would be wonderful to know and have the possibility to dangle up.”

Speaking right now Lavinia reported: “The purchaser services line is so understaffed. 

“I was set on hold then I lastly acquired via then lower off and commenced losing the will to reside.

“I then tried out the following day but when my monthly bill came it was for £58 and £13 which is abhorrent.

“You believe that you are obtaining extra charges but there is added charges and there’s unacceptable fees.

“When the dollars arrived out of my lender account I could not realize why and for the very first time in a prolonged time I investigated my phone bill. 

“You cannot get a straight remedy from any person, if they really do not like the query they’ll transfer you. 

“No payment so considerably, I will be registering a grievance. £60 for a cell phone simply call, no it is not on.”
