A CRAFTY mum reinvented her drab Ikea drawers and gave them a herringbone-design makeover working with 800 particular person lolly sticks.
Lauren Olphert used just £30 upcycling the chest of drawers last week to give them a modern-day twist.

She included: “I saved the sticks for the herringbone model as they ended up and only slash the border sticks for a neater end.
“Then I wood filled it all, filling the gaps about the edges with the wooden filler. It was all sanded down and then varnish was extra to end it off.
