A MUM-of-two was still left fuming after her family’s dream holiday getaway at a 5 star resort still left them with salmonella and bed bugs.

Emma Tod splashed out on the practically £10,000 TUI getaway to Khao Lak Resort, Thailand over Xmas but has however not been refunded for their holiday getaway from hell.

The 39-yr-old was remaining riddled with about 200 mattress bug bites in excess of her body whilst her six-calendar year-old daughter was struck down with salmonella soon after feeding on poorly geared up meat.

Emma from Warwickshire, East Midlands, was also stunned when her 7-year-outdated son cut his foot on discarded glass still left at the aspect of the swimming pool.

Emma considered that the entire resort necessary repairs, with her young children even playing video games with free tiles on the swimming pool flooring.

In addition the family was pressured to wait around hours for supper in the hotel’s restaurant and had to serve their individual beverages owing to a lack of staff in the all-inclusive resort.

She has now been still left fuming by TUI’s criticism program and claims that a number of members of their purchaser provider crew have hung up on her.

Emma shared her grievance to Twitter past 7 days crafting: “A six year old with salmonella, bed bugs, a cut foot and no personnel.

“Hardly the expertise you hope from a 5 star vacation resort topped off with a complaints approach that also gives the worst client experience I’ve at any time experienced, well done.”

Speaking right now, Emma explained: “The holiday has been amazingly inadequately managed, I’ve booked loads of astounding holidays with them (TUI) but this has been stunning.

“For me the bed bugs have been the worst but for my daughter the salmonella built her so inadequately, my son cutting his foot on the edge of the pool was his worst moment.

“All of us had to self-serve our personal drinks and get the job done the bars as there have been no employees on an all inclusive 5 star vacation resort and no espresso store.

“The space services stopped two days into the vacation and we experienced the occasional two hour wait around for meal.

“TUI acknowledged and phoned me back in February as they reported it wanted to be passed to their lawful crew, particularly as the physicians who confirmed my daughter had salmonella contacted environmental wellbeing.

“We’ve heard nothing due to the fact but have tried out on a number of situations just to have the phone place down on us.

“I imagine they were being fixing some thing, but to be straightforward the whole resort desired to be repaired. The young children played video games finding up loose tiles from the bottom of the pool.
