THE ROYAL Highland and Agricultural Culture of Scotland (RHASS) has introduced its Presidential Team for 2022/23. 

Hailing from Perth this 12 months, the Presidential crew will preside above the 2023 Royal Highland Present.

There, the location will be showcased with Perth performing as the honorary ‘host’ region.
