After Monday’s strong chilly entrance, we’ll continue on to see decreasing wind behind it throughout Tuesday.
Behind the entrance, we’re now working with yet another element and that is snow banding! Snow showers and a couple narrow/rigorous snowbands will impact both valleys and mountains with bursts of average snowfall at moments. Some bands will be capable of making 1-2”/hour snowfall rates. Be aware of variable highway ailments which could alter speedily as perfectly as decreased visibilities. Winter Temperature Advisories have been issued for this in the Missoula & Bitterroot Valleys as perfectly as the Potomac/Seeley Lake Area.
Wednesday will showcase mostly sunny skies with around common highs in the 30s to low 40s. Clouds will increase by the evening/overnight ahead of our future approaching system.
